Killam Baptist Church is seeking an Associate Pastor to support various church ministries. With a vibrant, multi-generational congregation averaging 100-120 attendees weekly, you will work to develop believers who embody the mission of loving Jesus, teaching Biblical truth, and reaching people for Christ. Candidates should possess a heart for discipleship and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Lead Pastor in church ministries

• Engage in preaching, teaching, and training lay leaders

• Foster discipleship and outreach initiatives

• Support various church events and community activities

• Collaborate with church leadership on mission implementation

Requirements:

• Preferred Bible School training

• Strong understanding of sound Biblical doctrine

• Spirit-filled believer with a passion for outreach
