Location: Lake Simcoe Southeast Shore (Sutton West)

Become a BTEC Sport Educator at PDA Birmingham's Football Education Academy in Sutton Coldfield. This full-time role focuses on delivering educational sessions and developing young athletes’ skills.

We are seeking a dedicated educator who is passionate about sports and youth development. You will work with learners to create personalized training programs, monitor their progress, and ensure they achieve their educational goals. A background in sports combined with the willingness to undertake necessary training makes you a suitable candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Agree on individual training programs for every learner

• Deliver engaging education sessions effectively

• Assess and monitor learner's progress routinely

• Develop essential knowledge, skills, and behaviors

• Identify gaps in achievement and enhance learning

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of industry-related experience

• BTEC or equivalent qualification in a sport subject

• Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths, English, and ICT

• CIAVA certification is preferred

• Commitment to safeguarding and education development
