Position: Support Students as Educational Assistant
Location: Southeastern Saskatchewan (Carlyle)

Become an Educational Assistant at Ogema School from September 2, 2026, to June 25, 2027. Enhance student learning experiences through focused support and program planning.

This role at Ogema School involves working with students with diverse needs, ensuring they adapt and thrive in an educational environment. You will assist in creating individualized life skills and academic programs as directed by teachers, while also supervising small groups and transporting students as required. Your adaptability and commitment to education will be vital to this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support high needs and diverse students effectively

• Facilitate personal hygiene tasks and perform lifting duties

• Use a personal vehicle to transport students when necessary

• Collaborate with teachers to develop student programs

• Supervise individual students and small groups during activities

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 diploma from a recognized institution

• Possess a valid driver’s license and flexibility in execution

• Strong collaborative skills within a team setting

• Familiarity with educational software and tools preferred

• Relevant educational assistant credentials beneficial
