1. Starting August 31, 2026, you will engage students in an enriching educational experience.

This 1.0 FTE position is for a qualified educator with Ontario College of Teachers Accreditation and Intermediate qualifications. You will deliver lessons, support student growth, and maintain a positive classroom environment until April 1, 2027, or when the absent employee returns. Your expertise will help shape students' futures while ensuring compliance with educational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans

• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback

• Foster a positive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning

• Collaborate with staff and assist in school activities

• Maintain communication with parents regarding student performance

Requirements:

• Ontario College of Teachers Accreditation

• Intermediate qualifications required

• Strong communication and classroom management skills

• Experience in delivering inclusive education

• Criminal Background Check with vulnerable sector screening
