Become a Youth Justice Program Facilitator in Timmins with NEOFACS, working on structured cognitive and recreational activities for at-risk youth aged 12 to 18. Aim to lower recidivism through skill development.

This casual position on the Attendance Centre Team requires you to leverage your expertise in delivering important life-skills programs. Your qualifications in criminology or social work will guide youth towards better choices. Cultivating communication and organizational strengths allows you to effectively enhance participants' experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement cognitive and recreational programs

• Interpret legislative requirements relevant to youth services

• Manage time effectively for program delivery

• Communicate and engage effectively with youth

• Travel for program-related activities using your own vehicle

Requirements:

• Preferred degree in Criminology or Social Work

• Relevant experience in youth program delivery

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Valid G Class driver’s license required

• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
