Drive change at Ballad Group as a Program Coordinator focused on curriculum development for the Professional Insurance Careers program. Cultivate essential skills for employment in the Insurance industry.

This position requires you to oversee the Professional Insurance Careers integrated training program, working closely with participants to help them gain meaningful employment. You will coordinate program logistics, recruitment, and monitor outcomes. A significant portion of your role will also involve improving soft skills training to align with industry trends and participant needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment and participant supervision efforts

• Coordinate logistics and scheduling for program activities

• Maintain communication with program partners and funders

• Evaluate program effectiveness and progress regularly

• Enhance curriculum related to soft skills training

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary diploma or degree required

• 1 to 3 years’ experience in program coordination

• Knowledge of local labour market is an asset

• Familiarity with online database tools like

• Enjoy public speaking or facilitating group sessions
