Position: School District 10 Psychologist Needed

School District 10 is seeking an enthusiastic School Psychologist to provide essential psycho-educational assessment services, supporting all six schools. Key aspects of the role include strong writing and analytical skills to prepare precise reports, as well as leading workshops for staff professional development. This part-time role is perfect for someone who values collaboration and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer psycho-educational assessments for school-aged children

• Write thorough reports detailing assessment results and recommendations

• Attend IEP meetings and provide insights for personalized learning

• Conduct workshops on a fee-for-service basis

• Problem-solve and consult with educational teams

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in School or Education Psychology

• Eligibility for BC Association of School Psychologists membership

• Experience with children facing various disabilities

• A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
