Position: Substitute Teaching Roles Available
Location: North Central Alberta (Slave Lake)

Join our team as a Certified Substitute Teacher in various locations, impacting the academic journey of 3,200 students from kindergarten to Grade 12. We're dedicated to educational excellence.

Our schools in Falher, Donnelly, High Prairie, Joussard, Kinuso, and Slave Lake require Certified Substitute Teachers to fill in across multiple classrooms. Qualified candidates will foster learning environments and implement effective lesson plans. Your engagement is essential for maintaining educational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver instruction in absence of primary teachers

• Follow established lesson plans and classroom protocols

• Cultivate an inclusive and productive classroom environment

• Engage with students to enhance their learning experience

• Collaborate with school staff as needed

Requirements:

• Completed Bachelor of Education Degree

• Valid Alberta Teaching Certificate or application proof

• Recent Criminal Record Check including Vulnerable Sector Check

• TQS or proof of application from Alberta Teachers’ Association

• References from 3 professional supervisors
