Position: Associate Pastor Opportunity in Alberta
Location: Wainwright Region (Tofield)

Join Killam Baptist Church as a full-time Associate Pastor dedicated to spiritual growth and community outreach in the County of Flagstaff, Alberta. Work closely with the Lead Pastor to develop disciples and serve the church.

We are a dynamic, multi-generational church averaging 100-120 attendees each Sunday. The new Associate Pastor will play a crucial role in executing our mission: ‘Love Jesus, teach Biblical truth, and reach people for Christ.’ You’ll be instrumental in leading various ministries, promoting discipleship, and engaging with both church members and the broader community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Lead Pastor on ministries

• Deliver sermons, teachings, and training to lay leaders

• Encourage outreach efforts within the community

• Participate in church services and events

• Play a role in church strategic planning

Requirements:

• Bible School training preferred

• Familiar with BGCA/BGCC doctrines

• Spirit-filled and mature believer

• Strong leadership and teamwork skills

• High motivation and willingness to learn
