Join Nutrien in Redwater, Alberta, as a Training Supervisor leading Canadian Nitrogen teams. Develop training programs aligned with business goals while ensuring operational excellence.

You will report directly to the General Manager of Joffre Nitrogen Operations and oversee the Canadian Nitrogen training teams. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to assess training priorities and manage apprenticeship programs effectively. Your leadership will foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, ensuring training aligns with regulatory standards and corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement technical training programs across Nitrogen sites

• Collaborate with stakeholders to set training priorities based on needs

• Provide leadership and mentorship to training team members

• Ensure training content remains current and compliant with regulations

• Manage the training budget for Canadian Nitrogen operations

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education related to adult education preferred

• 10+ years of industrial experience, 3+ in supervision

• Strong leadership and organizational skills required

• Proven proficiency in communication and software

• Experience with LMS and computer-based training programs

Lead the training initiatives at Nutrien to enhance operational excellence across Canadian Nitrogen facilities.
