This position is a Full-Time TERM role effective from September 8, 2026, to June 25, 2027. Collaborate with the school-based service delivery team to create a comprehensive guidance program promoting student well-being. Your leadership will advance NLSchools' objectives through strong communication and crisis intervention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop an annual comprehensive school guidance program

• Lead school staff in guidance-related initiatives

• Conduct assessments for students' educational opportunities

• Implement proactive measures for a safe learning environment

• Facilitate partnerships and conflict resolution within the school community

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Education and Level IV NL Teaching Certificate

• Master’s degree in counseling psychology required

• Experience in individual and group counseling

• Knowledge of DSM-5 and child protection legislation

• Commitment to ongoing professional learning
