We are seeking a dedicated leader to advocate for anti-racism and equitable outcomes for students historically underserved in education. You will engage with community partners, implement equity frameworks, and contribute to professional learning efforts to create inclusive learning environments. Your focus on cultural respect and relationships will empower students from various backgrounds to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion

• Develop and support professional learning initiatives

• Assist in implementing strategic educational programs

• Foster partnerships that enhance student belonging

• Lead efforts to improve well-being among underserved students

Requirements:

• Degree in equity studies, social work, or related area

• Five years of relevant experience in education

• Familiarity with systemic barriers in education

• Strong interpersonal and digital literacy skills

• Eligible to work in Canada with valid driver’s license
