Experienced French Teacher Youth

Position: Experienced French Teacher for Youth
Location: Ontario Centre (Queensville)

Support students' French learning as an enthusiastic part-time teacher. Help children transition from uncertainty in their language skills to fluency through engaging sessions.

This in-person teaching role requires a strong foundation in both spoken and written French, ideally teaching up to Grade 12. Classes will be conducted in a welcoming environment during evenings and some weekends. Punctuality and a commitment to student success are vital in this teaching position, as is your ability to engage with young learners effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-person French lessons to groups

• Teach multiple students at varying levels

• Follow the prescribed methodologies for teaching

• Provide constructive feedback after each lesson

• Uphold a professional yet friendly demeanor

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification required

• Background in teaching French at secondary school level

• Strong oral and written skills in French and English

• Experience managing classroom dynamics with multiple students

• Completion of vulnerable sector screening required
