This full-time teaching role is vital in nurturing the artistic and emotional development of students from Kindergarten to Grade 12. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging art lessons for diverse learners

• Integrate local culture and land-based learning in teaching

• Maintain a safe and welcoming classroom environment

• Conduct assessments and maintain progress documentation

• Collaborate with families to enhance student support

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Education from a recognized institution

• Valid Teaching Certificate for Newfoundland and Labrador

• Teaching experience or practicum in elementary settings

• Clear Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Checks required

• Knowledge of child development and effective pedagogical practices
