Shape innovative after-school learning experiences as the Senior Associate at Rocketship Public Schools. Focus on operational excellence and student outcomes across key campuses.

The Senior Associate of Extended Learning (SAEL) will work primarily at Rocketship Futuro Academy and Rocketship Delta Prep. This role involves on-site operations over four days, ensuring synergy between after-school initiatives and daily instructional activities. Your leadership will help create a supportive environment for student learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead operations for two after-school programs

• Coordinate with school leaders and partners

• Facilitate weekly program planning meetings

• Coach staff for high-quality program delivery

• Analyze family feedback and attendance data

Requirements:

• High school diploma essential; higher education preferred

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience

• Experience with after-school programming is beneficial

• Effective communicator with diverse stakeholders

• Must be willing to travel among sites
