Location: Eaglesham
Become a Temporary Educational Assistant at EAGLESHAM SCHOOL, part of Peace Wapiti Public School Division, providing 16.35 hours of support each week. Assist in creating a nurturing educational atmosphere for students.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma, and an Educational Assistant Diploma is encouraged. Experience in a classroom working with children is preferred, along with the capability to help with personal care tasks. A Criminal Record Check is a prerequisite for employment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist teachers in delivering educational content to students
• Participate in personal care and student support
• Ensure a collaborative and supportive classroom environment
• Be ready to meet outside scheduled school hours
• Function effectively within a team of educators
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent necessary
• Educational Assistant Diploma preferred
• Experience working directly with children
• CPR/First Aid training preferred
• Must have a current Criminal Record Check
