PSW Program Supervisor

We are hiring a Clinical Supervisor who will oversee the educational journey of students enrolled in the PSW program at CIMT College.

Your role will include delivering lectures, managing assessments, and fostering an inclusive learning atmosphere that respects individual circumstances. Professional development and effective teaching strategies are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct using provided curriculum materials

• Administer quizzes and exams to track student progress

• Maintain confidentiality of student information

• Provide mentorship and be a role model for students

• Collaborate with faculty to ensure program integrity

Requirements:

• At least 36 months in a PSW/RN/RPN role

• Certification in Personal Support Work or active nursing registration

• Valid checks for TB and vulnerable sector

• Relevant Canadian clinical experience

• Degree required per teaching standards
