Position: New Frontiers School Board Technician Role

This position involves effectively collaborating with educators to formulate individualized education plans (IEPs) that address diverse learning abilities. In this role, you'll conduct structured educational activities, manage classroom behavior, and provide essential support amenities. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop individualized education plans with the team

• Organize and facilitate educational and recreational sessions

• Assist students with assignments and reading skills

• Monitor and support behavioral modifications

• Collaborate with external organizations if needed

Requirements:

• Diploma of College Studies in counseling or equivalent

• Experience working with IEPs for special needs

• Understanding of intervention for challenging behaviors

• Strong interpersonal and computer skills

• First Aid certification required
