Position: Secondary Long-Term Occasional Teacher
Location: Rideau Lakes area (Kemptville)

This role offers a Full-Time Equivalent of 1.0 during Semester One, teaching various key subjects.

The UCDSB is seeking candidates for a Secondary LTO position, focusing on Intermediate Science, Geography, and French. This role's assignment will last until January 29, 2027, or until the incumbent returns. Responsibilities may be divided among multiple applicants based on Principal discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Intermediate Science and Geography courses

• Deliver French language instruction where applicable

• Prepare engaging lesson plans and assessments

• Maintain classroom management and student engagement

• Collaborate with faculty for curriculum alignment

Requirements:

• OCT in Good Standing required

• Experience in intermediate education preferred

• Strong communication skills for student interaction

• References from current and recent supervisors needed

• Commitment to equity in education and inclusivity
