ETFO is looking for a qualified Long Term Occasional Teacher to fill a 1.0

FTE position at Golden Avenue Public School, starting as soon as possible until December 18, 2026, or the return of the regular staff member. Candidates must hold Ontario College of Teachers Accreditation along with primary/junior and special education qualifications to effectively support learners with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create lesson plans that meet curriculum standards

• Provide personalized assistance to students requiring additional help

• Regularly evaluate and communicate student progress

• Develop a classroom atmosphere that promotes inclusivity

• Collaborate with educational staff for comprehensive support

Requirements:

• Accreditation from the Ontario College of Teachers
