We are hiring Educational Assistants for various roles totaling up to 1.8 FTE. Your primary focus will be to support students alongside classroom teachers, addressing educational, social, and behavioral needs. Candidates must demonstrate flexibility, patience, and strong relationship-building skills, making a positive impact in students' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and support in learning

• Work closely with teachers to foster student growth

• Encourage positive relationships within the school

• Adapt to the unique needs of each student

• Support overall well-being and learning in the classroom

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in related fields preferred

• Experience with special needs children is beneficial

• Strong communication and teamwork skills essential

• Ability to adapt support to varying student needs

• Must pass required criminal and background checks
