As a Special Education Technician, you will work closely with a team to create and execute individualized education plans for students with various needs. Responsibilities include preparing educational programs, assisting with classwork, and addressing behavioral challenges. This is a pivotal role in maintaining an engaging and supportive classroom atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on students' individualized education plans

• Conduct learning and recreational activities for student development

• Provide homework assistance and learning support

• Facilitate reintegration following classroom sanctions

• Document student progress and interventions

Requirements:

• Diploma in special care counseling or recognized equivalent

• Bilingual capabilities are an asset

• Experience with special needs and teamwork

• Knowledge of behavior management techniques

• First Aid certification and refresher courses required
