Northlands College is inviting applications for the Instructor Aide position within its post-secondary programs. This term position requires the selected candidate to assist instructors, manage student registrations, and monitor their academic activities. The term starts ASAP and lasts until April 30, 2027, requiring candidates to hold a minimum of two years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support instructors during classes and workshops

• Help students with their application and registration processes

• Track and report on student activities and engagement

• Provide constructive feedback to your supervisor

• Help create a welcoming learning atmosphere for all participants

Requirements:

• Must have two years of relevant post-secondary diploma

• Previous experience in an educational setting is advantageous

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of Northern Saskatchewan's community dynamics

• Full-time availability through April 30, 2027
