YMCA Early Childhood Educator Position

Location: Stratford South

Join YMCA of Three Rivers as an Early Childhood Educator in Stratford-Perth. This role is focused on applying engaging educational programs for young children aged 0-6 years.

In this permanent full-time role, you will be responsible for implementing curricula and building meaningful connections with families. You will facilitate a nurturing environment, ensuring health and safety standards are met while actively engaging with children. Effective communication and teambuilding skills are crucial to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality care and educational support to children

• Foster relationships with parents about child's progress

• Ensure children’s supervision and safety at all times

• Observe children and expand on learning opportunities

• Maintain cleanliness in childcare environments

Requirements:

• Early Childhood Educator Diploma or equivalent

• Registration with the CECE or in progress

• Relevant experience with young children essential

• Current First Aid and CPR Level C certification

• Capability to work outdoors in various conditions
