Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Early Childhood Educator with Shining Stars, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of young learners by providing them with a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and programs.
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development in children.
- Observe and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents.
- Collaborate with a team of educators to ensure a holistic approach to child development.
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Minimum ECE level 1.
- Passion for working with children and a commitment to their well-being.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and the ability to engage children in fun and educational activities.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for teaching and learning.
Conditions of Employment:
- Vulnerable Sector RCMP security clearance.
- Medical Clearance, Immunization records, tuberculosis test.
- Standard First Aid and CPR-C.
