Key Responsibilities:

• Support student attendance and engagement through targeted initiatives

• Provide individualized support for diverse learning needs

• Work collaboratively with families and community partners

• Promote Innu cultural practices in the education system

• Assist with emotional regulation and conflict resolution

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Education from an accredited institution

• Valid Newfoundland and Labrador Teaching Certificate or eligibility

• Experience with behavioral and social-emotional support strategies

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Right to work in Canada with clear criminal checks required
