Nurturing Educator Level 2 at OCOF

Location: Northeastern Manitoulin and the Islands

You will play a crucial part in delivering developmentally appropriate programs, foster collaboration with families, and maintain a safe environment, all while adhering to educational standards. This permanent position focuses on emotional, social, and cognitive growth through play-based education and includes multiple work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and evaluate inclusive learning programs

• Support children's daily routines and transitions effectively

• Promote family engagement through communication

• Ensure diversity and inclusion within the classroom

• Document children's achievements and growth narratives

Requirements:

• Must possess a relevant post-secondary degree or diploma

• Current Standard First Aid and CPR certification

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work with children aged 0-6

• Fluent in English;
French fluency at some locations
