Be a part of Bright Path Kids at Springbank Montessori as a Casual Early Childhood Educator. This role involves no evenings or weekends, focusing on the development of children.

In this engaging position, you will support children's growth while working alongside teachers and families. Responsibilities include creating developmentally appropriate programs, promoting a secure environment, and assessing children's progress. You will also have opportunities for professional development within a community committed to excellence in childcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Bright Path's educational curriculum

• Ensure a well-maintained, safe space for children

• Evaluate children’s skills and share insights with parents

• Establish effective communication with families and staff

• Participate in essential meetings and training sessions

Requirements:

• Level 1 Certification in Early Childhood Education

• Compliance with provincial childcare employment standards

• Standard First Aid and infant CPR training

• Current health assessment and immunizations
