Location: Kettleby
Elevate children's learning as an Assistant Educator with Upper Canada Child Care in Kettleby. This split-shift position involves nurturing children's development in a structured program.
Upper Canada Child Care is looking for Assistant Educators to oversee and implement engaging activities for children. You will work full-time with split shifts in our Kettleby programs, ensuring compliance with educational standards. This role emphasizes teamwork and communication with parents, enhancing the overall learning experience for children.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute Ministry of Education guidelines in programs
• Attend staff training and development opportunities
• Create a nurturing learning environment for children
• Maintain proactive communication with parents
• Document ongoing program efforts and children’s progress
Requirements:
• Required health assessments and immunization proof
• Certification in CPR-C and First Aid
• Knowledge of child developmental needs
• Experience in play-based curriculum design
• Proficient communicative skills
