Level 1 Early Childhood Care Educator

Shape young minds as a Level 1 Early Childhood Care Educator. You'll guide children’s education and emotional development while ensuring a safe and vibrant learning environment.

This role emphasizes developing and delivering play-based programs that cater to each child's developmental needs. You will support daily activities, provide behavior guidance, and regularly engage with families to enhance their children’s learning experiences. Collaboration with colleagues and documentation of children’s milestones are also key aspects of this position.

• Create and deliver engaging educational programs

• Promote social and emotional growth through play

• Maintain effective communication with families

• Document and assess children’s development

• Ensure a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere

Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education required

• Registered with the Early Childhood Educators’ College

• Certification in First Aid and CPR required

• Experience in licensed childcare beneficial

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
