Join ‘Na̱mǥis Community Services as an Early Childhood Development Manager, driving impactful programming for children 0-12. Your expertise will nurture family well-being and community support.
In this full-time position, you will oversee the ‘Na̱mǥis ECD Team, leading the charge in developing and executing programs tailored to meet community needs. You'll ensure effective operations, foster engagement with families, and collaborate with community partners for holistic development. This role is vital for enhancing accessibility and promoting culturally-informed practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily ECD service operations for children
• Plan, develop, and implement community-driven programs
• Assess and enhance program effectiveness and engagement
• Foster family participation and identify improvement areas
• Cultivate staff skills through development workshops
Requirements:
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
• Experience with Indigenous peoples and communities
• Valid First Aid certification
• Background verification for child safety
• Strategic planning and interpersonal skills
