Position Overview

Wild Rose School Division requires a PRINCIPAL with an initial assignment at Charlotte Small Elementary School in Condor, Alberta.

Wild Rose School Division invites applications for the position of Principal. Duties will commence at the end of October 2026.

Charlotte Small Elementary is a K-6 school with approximately 250 students located in Condor, Alberta. Charlotte Small Elementary School, a place where every child can dream, believe and achieve, is committed to enhancing children's learning and personal growth in a safe, positive and engaging environment.

The competition will remain open until 4:00 pm on Friday, September 25, 2026.

• Candidates will possess or be working towards a post-graduate degree in educational leadership or related field.
• Experience with teaching and school leadership.
• Demonstrated expertise in instructional leadership.
• Strong communication skills necessary to the collaborative structure of our school division.
• Strong understanding of the Collaborative Response process.
• A recent (within six months) Criminal Record check with vulnerable as a condition of employment.
