Surface and Mill Training Coordinator

Become a Surface and Mill Training Coordinator with Globe 24-7 in Northern Ontario. Lead training initiatives to ensure that operators meet safety and competence standards in gold mining operations.

As a vital team member reporting to the Health and Safety Training Supervisor, you will deliver training and improve existing materials related to surface and mill equipment.

Your role encompasses ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, maintaining records, and supporting the development of training programs. You will play a key role in fostering a safety-first culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training for mobile operators and mill staff

• Update instructional materials and operational procedures

• Maintain accurate records of training and assessments

• Identify and fill training skill gaps

• Prepare effective training lesson plans

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of training experience
• “Train-the-Trainer” certification or equivalent

• Strong background in safety training programs

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly organized with attention to detail
