The Superior North Catholic District School Board is seeking a qualified FSL Teacher for a permanent role at Holy Angels Catholic School, starting on August 31, 2026. Engage students with your strong French language skills and teaching expertise.

Ideal candidates will hold a current Ontario College of Teachers certification, with Primary/Junior/Intermediate qualifications and an AQ - FSL Part 1.

Your role will emphasize inclusive teaching strategies that reflect the diverse backgrounds of students within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach French language concepts across grade levels

• Assess student understanding and provide feedback

• Collaborate with staff for inclusive education approaches

• Follow safety training guidelines within the classroom

• Attend professional development sessions regularly

Requirements:

• Active Ontario College of Teachers member status

• Excellent French communication abilities

• Three references required upon application

• Availability of recent teaching evaluations or appraisals

• Successful completion of a vulnerable sector check required
