The Educational Associate is pivotal in assisting students with various needs and helping meet curricular outcomes. You will supervise classrooms, provide personal care, and support student inclusion under the guidance of teachers. Flexibility is required to handle differing tasks and individual student needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers during classroom supervision

• Support students in developing life skills

• Provide assistance for special needs students

• Record anecdotal notes about student activities

• Attend meetings to report student progress

Requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent

• Valid Driver's License

• Relevant post-secondary education or experience

• Ability to lift heavy weights as required
