Location: Yorkton Region (Melville)
Teach Grade 7 and 8 students in Canora with English language arts and mathematics expertise. This temporary full-time assignment supports diverse learners.
The Good Spirit School Division seeks a Middle Years Teacher for Canora Composite School. The assignment includes Grade 7 English language arts and Math, plus Grade 8 English language arts, Health, Math, Art, Career, and Social. The contract is temporary at 1.0 FTE.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach Grade 7 English language arts and Math
Teach Grade 8 English language arts and Health
Teach Grade 8 Math, Art, Career, and Social
Manage diverse learning and behavioral needs
Requirements:
Hold or qualify for Saskatchewan Professional A Teaching Certificate
Possess a Bachelor of Education
Demonstrate reflective practitioner skills
Bring strong interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrate emotional intelligence and a growth mindset
Bring reflective teaching, communication, and classroom management skills to Middle Years students at Canora Composite School.
