Manage renewable energy operations as a Hydro Station Manager ure efficient hydroelectric plant function and team support in a proactive work environment.

Innergex Renewable Energy Inc. is hiring a Hydro Station Manager for the Rutherford Creek site, focusing on the operation of run-of-river hydroelectric facilities. In this key role, you will oversee maintenance, staff training, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Your hands-on expertise will drive both safety and operational excellence within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain hydroelectric power plants effectively

• Optimize energy production and facility performance

• Implement preventative maintenance and repairs

• Interpret technical diagrams for troubleshooting

• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Requirements:

• Experience as a Journeyman Millwright or similar

• Valid BC driver’s license, class 1 preferred

• Training in Red Seal Millwright or equivalent

• Effective communication and teamwork skills

• Familiarity with instrumentation and control systems
