Senior Technical Advisor - Renewable Energy

At Nordex, we’re looking for a Senior Technical Advisor to guide wind turbine installations while ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld. Join our mission for sustainable energy solutions.

This position is critical for overseeing Wind Turbine Generator installations, maintaining HSE compliance, and fostering positive relationships with contractors. With at least 3 years of experience in mechanical and electrical fields expected, you will provide necessary documentation and support to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with HSE standards during installation

• Advise contractors to meet quality benchmarks successfully

• Document any discrepancies in quality or timelines

• Supervise mechanical operations and manage tooling processes

• Engage in regular quality control and inspections

Requirements:

• High school diploma or an equivalent combination of training

• 3+ years in a supervisory setting in renewable energy

• On-site wind turbine assembly experience needed

• Strong communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency

• Committed to safety and able to fulfill physical job requirements
