As Operational Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a team, maintaining records, and ensuring the facility operates smoothly and safely. This position will allow you to work closely with skilled operators while enforcing adherence to safety and environmental protocols, contributing positively to sustainable energy production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assume leadership as Person in Charge of the plant

• Coordinate training and coverage for operations staff

• Maintain organized records and safety plans

• Operate necessary construction and maintenance equipment

• Monitor dam and turbine systems for safe operations

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of relevant experience

• Background in engineering or skilled trades

• Strong troubleshooting capabilities

• Flexibility for extended onsite work and emergencies

• Possession of a valid driver's license
