Position: Site Lead for Renewable Energy Nordex
Location: Gaspésie-Sud (New Richmond)

Lead renewable energy initiatives at Nordex's MUII Wind Farm-Escuminac as a Site Lead. Oversee turbine operations, ensure safety compliance, and train technicians to excel in project execution.

In this pivotal role, you will supervise the installation and maintenance of wind turbines, while conducting critical safety analyses. Your leadership will drive compliance with safety and efficiency standards, impacting the delivery of clean energy. Engage with both electrical and mechanical systems to guide your team toward operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train technicians in turbine assembly and maintenance

• Conduct safety analyses of mechanical and electrical systems

• Lead troubleshooting and repair of turbine components

• Monitor tool inventory and maintain necessary records

Requirements:

• Associate degree or 4+ years relevant experience

• Minimum of 5 years in a related field

• Familiarity with mechanical and electrical testing tools

• Basic computer proficiency required

• Experience with SAP/J.D. Edwards is a bonus
