TC Energy Pipeline Technician

Position: TC Energy Pipeline Technician Role
Location: Southeastern Manitoba (Lorette)

Elevate pipeline safety and reliability as a Pipeline Technician with TC Energy, focusing on natural gas transmission and maintenance. Utilize your mechanical skills while traveling up to 50% for assignments.

In this role, you will apply your expertise in pipeline operations and inspections to support TC Energy's Canadian Natural Gas Pipelines division. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with safety standards, performing valve servicing, and assisting with gas handling tasks. Participation in on-call rotations will also be required, providing crucial support in emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Confirm compliance with TC Energy's safety standards

• Conduct inspections and repairs for valves

• Assist with pipeline isolation and gas management

• Engage in inline inspections and document findings

• Manage basic line locates and crossings

Requirements:

• Journeyman certification or two years of related training

• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role

• Excellent safety record imperative

• Successful completion of background checks

• Valid driver’s license needed
