This position requires monitoring hydro facility performance and performing daily operations and maintenance duties. With at least five years of operations experience, you will conduct inspections to uphold equipment efficiency. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for effectively responding to operational challenges and maintaining productive relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor hydro facility performance and conduct operational reviews

• Perform daily maintenance inspections and equipment upkeep

• Respond promptly to operational issues and upsets

• Carry out hydrometric monitoring and report data findings

• Collaborate with external stakeholders and regulatory groups

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of operations experience

• Previous electrical and mechanical skills required

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products

• Valid driver's license required

• Ability to work varying schedules and lift up to 50lbs
