Support worker health and safety as an Occupational Hygiene Consultant with Gold Fields at the Windfall Project in northern Québec. Engage in high-impact health initiatives and foster a culture of safety.
This role features a blend of responsibilities in industrial hygiene focused on evaluating risks and implementing safety measures. As part of a committed team, you'll lead efforts in sampling, compliance, and training while enjoying a balanced rotation schedule of 15 days on and 13 days off.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect work environments for potential hazards
• Strategize and implement sampling campaigns
• Analyze data and recommend safety improvements
• Collaborate with various teams for health advocacy
• Document findings and strategies effectively
Requirements:
• University degree in occupational hygiene
• Class 5 driver’s licence required
• Registered Occupational Hygienist designation preferred
• Health and Safety training completion (an asset)
• English communication skills (an asset)
