Step into a pivotal role at Innergex as an Operator for a solar facility in Stardale, Ontario. This position is dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency and maintaining safety standards in renewable energy.

As an Operator, you will ensure the maintenance of the facility is in accordance with operating plans and established budgets. You will optimize the solar facility’s performance and use SCADA monitoring tools to manage production effectively. Your responsibilities include overseeing subcontractor activities and carrying out safety inspections to align with operational compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize facility performance and production

• Manage maintenance operations per contracts and budgets

• Use SCADA for monitoring and alarms troubleshooting

• Handle internal operation reports and their distribution

• Operate heavy equipment as required

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of industry-related experience

• Degree from a technical college preferred

• Training in electricity or electromechanics an asset

• Experience with SCADA systems beneficial

• Valid Class G driver’s license needed
