Become an H2S Safety Advisor at HSE Integrated Ltd in Mount Pearl, NL, managing safety in high-risk environments involving hazardous gases. Focus on equipment readiness and site safety procedures every day.

As a project-based specialist, you will oversee safety readiness and implement protocols in environments with H2S and other atmospheric hazards. Your duties include performing operational audits, conducting safety training, and guiding teams in emergency response. Documentation and collaboration with other safety professionals are essential components of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform readiness audits for H2S safety equipment

• Educate workers on safety protocols regarding H2S

• Monitor gas levels continuously and enforce safety measures

• Support response efforts during H2S incidents

• Maintain accurate logging of safety practices and equipment

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years as H2S safety advisor

• 2 years experience with cascade systems

• Certifications in H2S Alive, First Aid/CPR

• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities

• Capacity to fulfill physical job demands
