Key Responsibilities:

• Review and ensure adequate truck inventory

• Layout and assemble solar modules and tools

• Apply weather sealing to support structures

• Maintain a clean and safe job site

• Lead crew through efficient installations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Prior solar installation experience required

• Valid driver's license with a clean record

• Ability to promote a safe work environment
