Technical Lead - Wind Energy Services

Reporting to the Site Manager, this role requires collaboration with internal teams and contractors to maintain and optimize wind turbine operations. You will conduct inspections, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations. Your leadership will guarantee compliance and enhance the operational integrity of our assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inspections and maintenance of turbines

• Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors

• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations

• Document deficiencies and implement corrective actions

• Support operational audits and regulatory initiatives

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Technical trade certification in relevant fields

• Experience in wind turbine operations

• Familiarity with high-voltage systems and SCADA

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
