Location: Bas-St-Laurent-Ouest (Trois-Pistoles)
Become a key player at VAME CPX overseeing wind turbine installations. This role demands full travel availability and expertise in project execution across various construction sites.
As a Lead Supervisor, you will direct site activities for CPX projects, acting as the right-hand to the Construction Manager. You’ll be instrumental in planning day-to-day operations and mentoring team members for enhanced performance. With focus on safety and efficiency, you’ll take projects from the delivery of the first component to the successful commissioning of turbines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all activities on CPX construction sites
• Collaborate closely with the Construction Manager
• Plan daily tasks and manage technician workflows
• Mentor and develop site personnel in their roles
• Ensure smooth site operations from start to finish
Requirements:
• Technician III Level or equivalent experience
• Background in Vestas wind turbine installation
• Experience performing Mechanical Walkdowns
• Supervised a Turbine Commissioning Crew
• Proficient in office software and tools
