Position Purpose
The intern will be responsible for supporting the team in the analysis, optimization, and control of materials used in the manufacturing and assembly of aerospace components.
Responsibilities
Analyze existing manufacturing processes and propose improvements to optimize productivity and quality.
Assist in defining, documenting, and validating manufacturing methods (work instructions, process sheets, procedures).
Participate in the implementation and industrialization of new aerospace parts.
Ensure process compliance with aerospace and quality standards (AS9100).
Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
Participate in resolving non-conformities and in continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage technical documentation and process changes.
Perform other related tasks associated with production processes and optimization.
Required Education
Student in a Technical Diploma (DEC) in Metallurgy or Materials Science, or
Student in a Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering and/or Metallurgical Engineering.
