We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineer-in-Training who is eager to learn and contribute to meaningful municipal infrastructure design and planning projects that serve our clients’ unique needs. What You’ll Do
Assist with water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure design , including working with team members on drawing preparation, hydraulic sizing, cost estimates and tender document preparation for both linear and small facility projects.
Perform site servicing and grading analysis for municipal and development projects.
Conduct field inspections and assist with construction administration , including RFIs, shop drawing reviews, and progress tracking under the supervision of senior engineers.
Support stormwater management and drainage studies , including basic modeling, calculations and report writing.
Support water and sewer system master planning through data collection, demand analysis, hydraulic modelling and report writing.
Assist with sewer and storm drain condition assessments, water loss management planning and sanitary I&I reduction plans , including CCTV inspection data analysis, I&I analysis, water audits and various field investigation tasks.
Assist with cross-sector projects in water resources, coastal engineering, and environmental.
What You’ll Bring
A positive and motivated personality!
Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering
0-3 years of experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) and be able to work with team members in a multi-disciplinary environment
A desire to learn new skills and an eagerness to grow within your role
A valid driver’s license (in good standing) is mandatory
Must be physically able to conduct field visits commensurate with project work. This may include handling and operation of equipment, travel to remote areas by vehicle, boat, air or foot, and outdoor site visits in all weather conditions on uneven/varying ground terrain .

Wage Range
$76,800.00 TO $88,100.00 wage dependent on years of experience
